Future of Work: meet Arnnon Geshuri

The future of work is one of the hottest topics in 2019. This is why we invited Arnnon Geshuri, the guru that built successful teams for such global leaders as Tesla and Google.

Arnnon Geshuri is the Chief People Officer at Livongo Health. In this role, he is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, workforce development, and culture. Previously, Arnnon was the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Tesla and was responsible for driving people and workplace operations and the global recruitment efforts. During his tenure from 2009 through 2017, he oversaw the growth of Tesla from a 400-person scrappy startup to an integrated sustainable energy company with more than 40,000 people around the globe.

Prior to Tesla, Arnnon was the senior director of staffing operations for Google where he designed the company’s legendary recruitment organization and talent acquisition strategy. Arnnon joined Google in late 2004, when the company just emerged from its IPO and employed around 2,500 people. As their first chief staffing architect. he oversaw all aspects of global recruitment and helped Google evolve into a technology powerhouse with over 25,000 employees – a workplace considered the premier destination for ambitious software engineers.

Julia is a Fraud and Risk Management expert, innovator, startup advisor, community organizer, mentor and speaker. She co-founded Russian Speaking Women in Tech Silicon Valley community that accounts for 2,850 talented local women in technology. Currently, she is working with ThreatMetrix division of LexisNexis Risk Solutions, helping Fortune 50 Tech and E-Commerce corporations such as Microsoft, Ebay, Intuit and Wal-Mart to save millions of dollars in fraud losses. Prior to this, Julia held various positions at Telecom and Banking/Financial Industry. Julia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Geography from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Software Programming Certificate from John Bryce Institute, MBA from HaUniversita Ha-Ptuha of Israel, and Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University.
