QA Engineer/Intern(San Mateo)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with the QA Regression Engineering team to automate our existing regression test suites.
• Develops and maintains automated test scripts using open source automated testing tools and framework.
• Develops, modifies, executes and reviews software test plans and test cases.  Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.

Skills & Qualifications:

• QA experience testing applications based on Java, J2EE and web technologies.
• Development experience using Java or a related language
• Familiarity with Opensource tools - Selenium, JIRA, and ANT is a plus.
• Experience with QA processes and tools, test management systems, QA automation, analyzing bug trends, SQL and related topics.
• Ability to write reports
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
