Director of Engineering, Plesk Family

• Location: Novosibirsk
• Compensation: $150k base + $50k Bonus
• Responsibilities:

§        Lead the team of multiple engineering departments - system analysts, usability, developers, QA, technical documentation.

§        Deliver Parallels Plesk products to the market on timely basis, with the appropriate quality and within the budget.

§        Develop and maintain R&D budget.

§        Establish and maintain efficient products/projects SDLC processes.

§        Establish and maintain product line coordination with the corporate business, sales and marketing.

§        Provide for constant staff efficiency improvements.

• Qualifications:

§        MS at computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.

§        10+ yeas in the software industry.

§        Proven track record of successful leadership in software product development.

§        Excellent communication (written/verbal, Russian/English) and consensus building skills.
