Director of Product Management, Plesk Family

• Location: Seattle
• Compensation: $150k base + $50k Bonus
• Responsibilities:

§        Define product roadmap for the Parallels Plesk family of products.

§        Develop business plans, pricing, product positioning, promotional strategies, life cycle plans.

§        Perform marketing analysis and competitive product analysis. Identify key product features leading to sales and customer satisfaction increase.

§        Create and maintain relationships with key reference customers. Own the beta/early adopter program.

§        Develop sales and marketing aids to include but not limited to brochures, trade advertising, training manuals, and show materials.

• Qualifications:

§        Knowledge of the software industry.

§        BS or MS in Computer Science. MBA is a plus.

§        10 years or more of technical product management experience with at least 5 years as manager.

§        Excellent skills in analyzing and formalizing requirements for software products.

§        Excellent communication skills.
