Regional Controller - Moscow Education BS Accounting Moscow, Russia Salary Range to $120,000 USD Type of Job: Perm Duties/Experience/Comments: Our client is a Global Manufacturing Company in Oil & Gas Services Industry. They need a Regional Controller for their Moscow, Russia operations. The successful candidate will reports to VP-Russia with dotted line to CFO. Responsibilities: - Responsible for all accounting, budgeting, forecasting and working capital management - Partner with VP of Russian Operations in the management of this Region - Manage the accounting staff in the Moscow Headquarters as well as outlying manufacturing location in Western Siberia - Responsible for both Western and Russian accounting. Requirements: - Fluent Russian language skills - A minimum total of l0 years experience in both industry and public accounting - Prior Controller's experience with a mid-size Manufacturing operation - B.S. in Accounting with an advanced degree or C.P.A. - Mature manager with excellent people skills - Prior Russian experience or international experience.
